I love this record with the Zumba "Maracas" sticks (I have the older set is great, but this is even better). I can not wait to take real, because I did not feel like training. There are a variety of dance styles, but I'm dancing my whole life so it was not too difficult for me to learn the steps. As I grew old and retired, but I stopped going to dance. Now I can dance like life and enjoy the good old days when I was young and stay fit and feelhealthy. The music makes you happy and full of energy and the instructors explain the steps so well that it only takes a couple of times to learn all the steps.
